- The Processors identified in section 2.2 of this Policy are authorized to process your personal data solely in accordance with written contracts established between the Controller and the Processors. These contracts adhere to the obligations outlined in Article 28 of the GDPR and safeguard your rights as individuals whose personal data is processed (For more detailed information about the policies of these services, see the link in clause 2.2 of this policy).
- Linked Services. Alcore Games Services may include links to websites operated by third-party companies. These sites may feature advertisements or provide content, functionality, games, newsletters, contests, or applications developed and managed by unrelated entities. Alcore Games does not oversee the privacy practices of these third-party companies. Therefore, upon leaving Alcore Games Services or clicking on an advertisement, it is advisable to review the respective Privacy Policy of the external service.
- Alcore Games has its own system for analyzing player behavior. The system tracks the approximate actions of the player (for example: pressing a specific button), sends these actions as events and visualizes them on the virtual game screen. The system does not work constantly, it may be an individually selected user who may have problems with the program. This data is stored for 24 hours, after which it is automatically deleted.

How We Collect and Process Your Personal Data
- Our designated Processors, as outlined in section 2 of this Policy, integrate attribution tracking technologies into Alcore Games Applications to monitor device usage (e.g., smartphones) by Alcore Games Users. These Processors utilize the Device ID to aggregate behavioral personal data, including the websites visited by the device user, clicked advertisements, mobile applications purchased or downloaded, and the frequency of application launches. Upon downloading, installing, and launching Alcore Games Applications, the application retrieves information about the Device ID associated with the Alcore Games User's device and tracks all behavioral personal data aggregated under this Device ID.
- The Processors identified in section 2 of the Policy transmit Device IDs of Alcore Games Users, along with aggregated tracking information, to the Controller. The Controller may then transfer these Device IDs to the Processors for storage of this personal data. Additionally, the Controller may transfer Device IDs to the Processors for marketing and advertising analytics purposes. Furthermore, the Controller may transfer Device IDs with aggregated tracking information to the Processors for marketing and promotional activities related to Alcore Games Applications across application stores, other mobile and web applications, and social networks.
- When an Alcore Games User creates an In-Game Account, they are prompted to provide Alcore Games with an online identifier (such as Google Play ID). Additionally, users may be required to provide a login or nickname used within the Alcore Games Application, along with a password created for the protection of the In-Game Account. Certain Alcore Games Applications may also request users to provide first and last names, email addresses, and mobile telephone numbers necessary for the creation of an In-Game Account.
- Should you utilize our Sites or Forums for communication purposes and violate this Policy, our Terms of Service or policy of fair play policy, we reserve the right to block your In-Game Account or otherwise restrict your access to Alcore Games Services, including access to our social network accounts and pages.
- Any communication, comments, feedback, or other interactions conducted on our Sites with other Alcore Games Users or Alcore Games itself may result in the storage and use of your profile names for advertising purposes.
- The Controller may transfer personal data to Processors for storage purposes, as well as for the enhancement and ongoing development of Alcore Games Applications.
- We retain your personal data for the duration of your use of our Services and for as long as you maintain an active and valid In-Game Account. If your In-Game Account is blocked or deleted by us or by you, or if you discontinue using our Services, we will continue to process personal data collected prior to the deletion of your In-Game Account or your cessation of service usage.

Additionally, their storage authority is subject to restrictions and oversight through contracts with Alcore Games.

How We Secure Your Personal Data

- We do not utilize vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. However, we conduct regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is stored behind secured networks and can only be accessed by a limited number of individuals with special access rights to such systems. These individuals are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information. We employ various security measures to ensure the safety of Alcore Games Users' personal data when they enter, submit, or access their information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
- Access to the services provided by our Processors, which are responsible for tracking behavioral data and promoting Alcore Games Services, requires the use of special usernames and passwords. In some cases, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) may also be employed.

- We do not engage in the sale or transfer of your personal data to any third parties. We have never sold any personal data to third parties, and this practice has not occurred within the last 12 (twelve) calendar months. Furthermore, there are no plans to sell your personal data to any third parties in the future. Your personal data may only be transferred to the Processors identified in this Policy for the specific purposes outlined herein.
